Welcome to Human Cell Regeneration.
Thank you for choosing to work with me—whether through a private coaching package or as a member of Human Cell Regeneration. Please review these terms carefully. They are designed to protect both you and me, and to set clear expectations for our work together.

What I Do

Through both private coaching and membership resources, I provide education and guidance on:

  • Functional nutrition principles
  • Lifestyle and recovery strategies
  • Movement and fitness programming
  • Biohacking practices that support energy, resilience, and longevity

My goal is to empower you with science-based knowledge and tools so you can make informed choices about your own health.

What I Don’t Do

  • I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and ISSA Master Trainer, but I am not a licensed medical doctor or dietitian.
  • I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
  • Nothing in this membership or coaching program replaces medical advice, treatment, or care from your licensed healthcare provider.

Your Responsibility

  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, or medications.
  • Whether you are a coaching client or a member, you are responsible for your own choices, health, and safety while applying the information provided.
  • Stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or concern, and seek professional medical advice.
